Review: Until Friday Night by Abbi Glines

To everyone who knows him, West Ashby has always been that guy: the cocky, popular, way-too-handsome-for-his-own-good football god who led Lawton High to the state championships. But while West may be Big Man on Campus on the outside, on the inside he’s battling the grief that comes with watching his father slowly die of cancer.

Two years ago, Maggie Carleton’s life fell apart when her father murdered her mother. And after she told the police what happened, she stopped speaking and hasn’t spoken since. Even the move to Lawton, Alabama, couldn’t draw Maggie back out. So she stayed quiet, keeping her sorrow and her fractured heart hidden away.

As West’s pain becomes too much to handle, he knows he needs to talk to someone about his father—so in the dark shadows of a post-game party, he opens up to the one girl who he knows won’t tell anyone else.

West expected that talking about his dad would bring some relief, or at least a flood of emotions he couldn’t control. But he never expected the quiet new girl to reply, to reveal a pain even deeper than his own—or for them to form a connection so strong that he couldn’t ever let her go…

I just love Abbi Glines so much that I want to keep her forever! She is a genius in creating addicting romance books that every reader is deperately waiting for days and hours for her next release! She always know how to create flawless characters that fall in love with passion and heart-warming moments. She has create another fanastic romance series that all of the readers will fall in love with these new characters. The new series starts off with Until Friday Night that introduce the new and flesh characters. These series is about high drama in the teen football world with amazing yet flaw high school teenager girls. The two main characters is Maggie and West. They both have something to hide from their family and friends that it will reunite them together since they have something in common. West is the amazing football player in high school that all of the girls getting hots for him, but he is not exactly in the right mindset since his father is facing death. He has no one to talk to about his father but there is someone who might understand, which is the shy yet gorgeous Maggie. Maggie is cousin to Brady who is best friend to West. She has moved to her aunt home since she has no home ever since her father killed her mother. She keeps quiet that everyone thinks that she is mute but that is not the case since she starts speaking to West when he express his anguish feelings about his father. West is very unexpected and shock when he hears Maggie cute country voice but he is also excited to hear her talk because she flat out tells him the honest truth about his father dying. She is perfect for him because she gives him the right balances but there will be some drama about their relationship that it will keep the reader audience throughout the book. I truly fell in love with Maggie and West because they have some much anguish about their parent death but they have so much passion about each other that they make their romance works. Abbi Glines has truly outdone herself yet again with writing another addicitng series that has anguish drama and passionate romance that brings the series to a whole! Fives Star♡

Blog Tour: Kiss My Boots by Harper Sloan

About the book:
Hang on to your Stetsons this summer, because you’re in for one wild ride! Get lost in the second installment of New York Timesbestselling author Harper Sloan’s Coming Home series, KISS MY BOOTS. In the second installment, the wildest Davis of them all is looking for love…maybe.
Quinn Davis prefers to live her life quietly. She’s the stereotypical tomboy with two overprotective big brothers who have always looked out for her. Of course, it doesn’t help that her heart has already been hardened when it comes to devilishly handsome cowboys with silver tongues. That is, until Tate Montgomery comes riding back into town. Their first meeting, however, is far from something out of a fairy tale and only further convinces Quinn that men aren’t worth her time.
Growing up, the one time Tate ever truly felt at home was during the long, sweltering summer months he spent at his gram and paw’s farm in Pine Oak, Texas. Now, Tate has returned to his childhood sanctuary seeking a fresh sta…
