Review: Between A Vamp And A Hard Place by Jessica Sims

23492716.jpg (288×475)
In the wickedly funny spirit of bestselling authors Kerrelyn Sparks and Molly Harper, this sexy paranormal romance features an estate broker and a 600-year-old vampire out for revenge.
Lindsey Hughes loves antiques and couldn’t be happier to make a living in the estate sale business. But when her assistant accidentally buys an entire estate without her approval, Lindsey is forced to clean up the mess herself.
Lindsey travels to the newly purchased, age-old house in Venice, Italy, and soon discovers more than she (never) bargained for. While digging through the hoarder’s trove that fills every floor, she finds a secret staircase behind a wall that leads to a strange coffin…with an even stranger inhabitant.

Vampire Rand FitzWulf has been in his coffin for 600 years. But now that he’s awake, he’s ravenous, and there’s a delicious-smelling woman with a rare blood type in his basement. Luckily, Lindsey has more to offer than blood: she agrees to travel throughout Europe with Rand to help him get revenge on the one who turned him. But as the unlikely pair grows closer, will the billionaire vampire be overtaken by his thirst for blood—or his thirst for love?
Review:
I definitely digging Jessica Sims romance stories. She can definitely deliver a great paranormal romance story that the reader will enjoy every minute it. The reader would love Between A Vamp and A Hard Place because it has funny moments that you will laugh your butt off mix with sweet yet hot love scenes that it will make you blush that makes it a perfect paranormal romance read.
Between A Vamp and A Hard Place starts off with Lindsey digging through antique since she loves antique that she made it as her business. But her business is hitting a hit when her closest friend and assistant made a hasty deal in Ventice, Italy. Lindsey is a hard-working women that she will fight nail and tooth in order to make a living  that she know the hasty deal was hasty but she will work with it and make the best out of it no matter what. I definitely admire Lindsey determination that it will bring her some success. There is success when Lindsey search the house in Ventice but she also inquire something else while she search which would be a coffin that contain vampire, Rand FitzWulf. It was totally unexpected for Lindsey to discover a sexy yet old vampire in Ventice but she rolls with it. Rand FitzWulf is totally out of his element when he awake since he has been gone for several years and decades. Rand may be out of his element but it does not stop him from finding the truth out.
Their journey will have some challenges to it but it makes some great and warming moments between Lindsey and Rand. They will bloom a hot and passionate romance between them that their love scene are delicious to read. Lindsey and Rand is a totally meant for each other that their love is worth it no matter what people say.
Between A Vamp and A Hard Place is a great romance read that every reader will want to continue re-reading it. Five Stars!

Blog Tour: Kiss My Boots by Harper Sloan

About the book:
Hang on to your Stetsons this summer, because you’re in for one wild ride! Get lost in the second installment of New York Timesbestselling author Harper Sloan’s Coming Home series, KISS MY BOOTS. In the second installment, the wildest Davis of them all is looking for love…maybe.
Quinn Davis prefers to live her life quietly. She’s the stereotypical tomboy with two overprotective big brothers who have always looked out for her. Of course, it doesn’t help that her heart has already been hardened when it comes to devilishly handsome cowboys with silver tongues. That is, until Tate Montgomery comes riding back into town. Their first meeting, however, is far from something out of a fairy tale and only further convinces Quinn that men aren’t worth her time.
Growing up, the one time Tate ever truly felt at home was during the long, sweltering summer months he spent at his gram and paw’s farm in Pine Oak, Texas. Now, Tate has returned to his childhood sanctuary seeking a fresh sta…
